Dun

I know that silver and dun have a tendency to look really good with watercolor, just not sure which one is better. And my other RH foundation is het. for silver, dun, and roan so I could in theory breed it in at a later point.... but it would be nice if it was there from the get go. Appaloosa however I have relatively little of, and it would be nice if all of his foals were appaloosa, but I like having variety. And since he's only het. watercolor I would like to make sure the foals that didn’t inherit watercolor still look good.

If he was your horse what would you do? (Don't have to stick to my 3 ideas, as I've seen some really cool watercolors out there) (No GMT's at all is an acceptable idea as there is one mare that I bought that I would like to put w8 on as she missed it from her parent and I don't have much w8. Or I could take suggestions on the new nacre foal I just bought. Or theres a stallion I really wish was a mare)

Now for the contest. I'm in need of some tattoo ideas as I cannot think of anything super unique or clever. I'm currently looking for ideas for a DP, Snowflake and maybe even generation tattoos. The ideas do not have to relate to those genes, they can be whatever. I'm really just looking for something creative.

I have so many mares now I cannot possibly keep up with breeding them all. As prizes I'm offering either a. a foal from any combination of my broodmares or studs (basically what dark star did for SS) or b. a foal from any of my mares with the winner's studs or straws. I will also be giving away free straws to the winners.

I've seen a couple of comments lately that at some point, it doesn't become a big deal as far as that horse's breeding quality is concerned. I'm just wondering.. what point DOES it stop mattering? Does breeding a 4th gen to 5th or 6th gen get the same/similar results?
