She's splash and frame, and no visible white on her at all. It seems a dirty trick that something that could result in no foal (and far worse in real life) can be so sneaky.

Looking through my intact foal and found a diamond in the rough. This handsome boy is a 3rd generation brindle. His sire was a brindle as well as both his granddams. He didnt paper quite what i wanted so i boosted and am happy with him now. Papered superior to sire as well

So I had bought this pretty mare a while back when I had went on a liver spree, and then a couple days ago I cleaned out all non RS with red or lower papers, I had to sadly part with her (almost cried a little). Now I was scrolling through the mares for sale and she pops up for sale by her new owner and I said to myself "No buying her back." then I was looking through some different patterns and she appeared for the 2nd time! Her lucky day I couldn't stand it anymore and bought her back :))

Hello everyone! So I decided to create a second account to maybe play around with bootstrapping and whatever else ticked my fancy, a relaxed side account of sorts...maybe... Anyway, decided to create my first horse and, since my main account is focused on riding horses (and mainly appaloosas), I decided to create a cob. Picked up a lovely expro appaloosa herd helper (because bootstrap right?) and made a 3 year old mare (to give me at least until the end of the month to maybe figure some other stuff out...) Well, I had to do a double take when I saw her. Talk about beginners/new account luck! I don't even have a snowflake on my main account yet! Go figure. :)

I bred for this foal hoping for a filly from my smoky black het Nexus mare and FallenShadows714's smoky black het Nexus stud, G2 Northern Lights. I already got a black het Nexus colt from the same cross that I love and a non-nexus colt from Northern Lights and my other black het Nexus mare, so I'm really thrilled with this little girl!

She managed to get not only the Nx from both parents but also their cream genes but not the black! My very favorite NxNx horses are cremello so the Nexus pattern stays really dark, so I'm very happy right now. :D

Sooo i made i big mistake..
i FINALLY got a 2nd gen snowflake egg, and i was feeling a little giddy and slightly impatient so i used my HETERO snowflake stud, and, well..

He is HETERO SNOWFLAKE. i mean, yeah, he's really pretty.. but i spent so much money, and a lot of time looking for the right mare.. im just a little sad. I could always GM him homo, right? (Since both parent carry snowflake) Does anyone know how much it would cost, and/or what alleles i would even change to make him homo?

UPDATE: it must have been a bug or somethin' cause i tried the breeding club two times, and no horses showed up under snowflake, but i left and when i came back and tried again, it said that this pretty boy is in fact in the snowflake breeders club! <:-P now all i gotta do is change his size in the GMT Lab and he will be perfect for my new lines! ♡

I had a few mares that went into pasture a bit late and they're starting to reach their 30 days. Bred a small handful this morning and decided to test a few of them instead of just chucking them into the yearling barn to sort later, like I usually do - and found a Gold papered filly! So I was breeding a bunch of my foundations, making sure to get as many as I can done before the auction, and I bred this beauty! My second ever brindle! He's het macchiato from the lovely stud I got as a gift for christmas, and carries his dad's brown and his mum's wild bay. Although I doubt he got a copy of dp. If only his pt were higher I'd snip him to keep for myself!

Basic rules for adopting proven show horses -

General Rules

1. This program is for NEW players. If you joined more than one month before the date of your request, you are no longer eligible. This may change depending on the popularity of the program.
2. Exceptions to the above rule will be made upon occasion (stipulations to be determined at a later date).
3. You may adopt no more than 2 horses from the AtA program.
4. AtA horses will have a tattoo that should not be removed by the person adopting the horse. If the owner ever wants to sell the horse, it may only be sold back to the Available To Adopt program.
5. If you sell an Available To Adopt horse back to the game, you are NOT eligible for a replacement horse.
6. The AtA barn may occasionally put horses up for sale for varying reasons, but will not do individual sales.

How to Adopt a proven show horse -

Pick your horse:

- Do a search for horses with the BLUE Available To Adopt tattoo. Go to the search page and in the box that says "Tattoo name" type Available To Adopt (http://hj2.huntandjump.com/forum/discussion/8697/how-to-using-the- search-the-basics#Item_5)

OR

You can go to the AvailableToAdopt barn, ID# 25475 and scroll through the horses available. ONLY SPAYED AND GELDED HORSES ARE AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION.

- Copy the page information in the menu bar or make a note of the horses ID#

Please note: This program was formerly run by individual players. If the horse is not currently owned by AvailableToAdopt we cannot sell it to you! Check the line on the horses page where it says Owned by: AvailableToAdopt.

Let us know which horse you want:

- Go to the main forum page and click Inbox.

- Click the button that says Start A New Conversation.

- In the top/title box enter AvailableToAdopt (no spaces).

- Paste the link for the horse you want into the larger/body portion of the message, tell us that you would like to adopt this horse, tell us your stable ID number and click send.

Pick up your horse:

-You will be temporarily added to the Available To Adopt chat room.

-On the left menu go to Community, then Buddy Chat.

-You will see the name of the chat room on the right side of the page. Click that link
to go into the chat room.

-Scroll down below the chat box, and you will see a list of horses for sale.

-Look for the one with your stable name, and click that link.

-It will take you to the horses main page.

-Scroll down towards the bottom of the page and find the button that says Buy This Horse.

-Click that button and it is now your horse!
