First up is my ExPro, hom sooty, leopard appaloosa stud. I have been trying to create one to no avail so I made one! He is absolutely perfect! I am still deciding if I want to make him bay or leave him black. I had originally thought bay but I really like him how he is. I had also thought of adding pearl but I would have to add two for it to show and I don't think I have the money to do that.

Somewhere along the line RoseFlute bred those two together, probably from an egg from Wild Bourbon. I quit the game. I came back, and Rose generously sold me this mare from my old lines for my new KP line:

She passed away at rollover, leaving me with 32 eggs stored.

I started my new KP line with Day of the Moon as my anchor stallion. DivineDreams owns a particularly lovely son of Moon, MoonSpice.

And from these two I have this lovely new filly, combining my old and new lines perfectly and carrying this blood forward in my herd

It just has me feeling a little sentimental. Without Rose generously giving me this mare, without Divine sharing straws, without all the players from years ago and from today who shared their time and their stock and their enthusiasm for this game, I don’t think I’d be playing anymore and I’d be missing out on such a fun, kind, generous, NICE place to be.

This is The Engineer. I bought his sire (Gold Dust) a few months ago purely because I adored the way he looked. I just loved those dapples and colours and his owner was nice enough to sell him to me when I asked about him. Gold Dust was a worse then sire colt but I thought I might use him to breed some really pretty show ponies for myself so I wasn't to worried about quality I just wanted pretty haha. In his first season with me, Gold Dust gave me The Engineer who I kept to add even more bling to my show lines. Well. He turned out to be my unexpected star this season. He has only been to a handful of mares but of that handful of mares roughly half of the foals that he sired papered A or Blue (he is a B himself) with very good pt scores as well as being consistent, very tall (which I breed for) and stunning to look at. For this reason I have nominated him as my unexpected star of the season haha.

I'm not much for plain jane chesnuts. I keep some on hand for working with my DP line and whatnot, but the plain ones just are my cuppa tea. Well, I've been trying to decide what to do with ALL. THESE. CHESTNUTS. I have quite a surplus somehow and I find that I usually end up dumping their foals. I have a whole buncha ladies I didn't know what to do with because they don't really fit anywhere (silvers, champagnes, chestnuts) because my lines are maturing. So what to do, what to do?
