Totally downsizing

So I decided, at the very end of the breeding season, to chuck all mares into the Pasture and the stallions from that line and click breed all. Ended up with 6 pages of foals lol. Luckily ba altered 4 pages worth, but still a lot of testing ahead!

For some reason trying not to hoard on this game is very difficult. These pixel ponies are too addicting!

I've finally bred an axiom/watercolor baby and she is so pretty! I was hoping the watercolor would be a little bit more noticeable but I'm still in love. Can't wait to get more base colors under the axiom to see what it does with the watercolor brightness. Overall, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this combo!

This cutie is open for auction, I want to see if there is any interest before setting an auction end date. She is homogeneous sooty and heterogeneous for pearl and ice 8...I wouldn't be offering her if I didn't need the money, really starting to narrow down my herds and wanting to focus on specific Gene's and while ice is one of those genes... I think she has the most potential for interest...

Question about closed genes

Okay so I've recently decided to start breeding for ice and nexus genes in my drafts regardless of height, which is a big step for me but I really wanted to narrow down what genes I was breeding for and the ice and nexus genes are BEAUTIFUL! I have a few horses with the open genes, but I love the look of the private ones. Do I have to wait until they come up on the roving gene sale? Or can I buy them anytime?

My other star 4g boys are getting old, but this guy is finally ready! He isn't perfect 4g, his ice comes from one of the old ice ones where I threw the horse I got into the foundation heard regardless of the generations behind him because of quality. As far as my breeding has gone, horses have met generation quality standards from first to 4th gen, and doing a wonderful job with him equalling the even bred 4th gens boys he is going to fill in for. As I've had time to fine tune this, I wanted to clarify a few things.

If you are missing the genes for something altogether, (like grey even if its gg because its not there), then minus 2. Previously I would still count it as half the people didn't put it. But these competitions get close. Order still does count. White factor is still tiebreaker. We've never had to go to second tiebreaker yet, but if we need to it is who posted first.

I Need Your Opinions!

I've been very inactive on here lately, and I know part of that is because I am overwhelmed with horses and I have no clue where to start. I have a plan, though, and I want to know if you think it's reasonable.
I'm considering selling everything except show horses, gifts, GMT'd, Chinchillas, really special, and others I spent real money on.
Does this seem like a fair idea? It would really help me better organize myself on here, and would get me more money in the process. Of course, I'd want to breed everything first, to get even more money from the situation.
If I sell most of my horses, do you think I should advertise them on the forum / public sales list, or do you think I should just auction them?

We had a generous donation of another foal for this competition.

Mostly the same as last time. -1 per wrong allele. +1 point if you get the exact words of the color name. (Not necessarily in the correct order). First tiebreaker is White Factor. Second tiebreaker is who posted first.

This time the order of the alleles do count. For example Aa instead of aA will be -1. If its aA+ instead of Aa then -2.

(Hint Allele inherited from sire comes first, then the dam)
