1. Pick 5 crosses you want to do with your own stallions and mares. The only restriction is that they may not have identical gene tests.

2. Guess what the gene test for their foal might be.

3. Post your 5 entries, giving a link to both horses, their color names, a copy of their genetic test results, and your guess of what the foal will be in this thread, including both color name and the gene test.

4. The deadlines for posting will be the end of May 1, game time, for players with an upgrade and the end of May 2 for players with free accounts.

5. Post your results after you have bred your pairs. The format will be to copy your entry post and then insert a link to the foal and the actual gene test result.

6. The deadline for posting your results will be May 16, in case some pairs are being pasture bred.

I will award 1 point for each correct guess and an additional point for any allele that is attributed to the correct parent. For example, if both stallion and mare are heterozygous for Champagne, You will get 1 point if you guessed the the foal would be heterozygous for Champagne and another point if you guessed correctly that it would get the Champagne from the sire or from the dam.
