Since the holidays are upon us, I thought id offer every stud that I have. I have a myriad of closed AND open genes, so there is a little bit of everything for everyone! Can't use straws? For create price, I can create the foal for you! Want a pretty show pony with closed genes? Create price!

You can request straws for yourself or for presents. This offer will run until January first!

Christmas Wishlist - what's yours?

With the secret santa event coming up and general well-wishing going around at this time of year, I thought it might be nice to have a wishlist compendium of what your desires are this holiday season! Is there a gene you've been eyeballing but unable to afford? A barn you've desperately been needing? A favorite RS you'd love to see tricked out?

To keep this easy to refer to, let's keep it relatively succinct and focused! A bulletpoint list of a few things is better than a ramble of why you like half the genes in the game (though saying you love everything except for ___ will totally work if you don't know what you want! Also, if you change your mind/think of something new, please edit your original comment instead of making a new one, to keep this as organized as possible.

With that said, get in here and write those wishes! :x

(Please keep in mind this is by no means a binding contract, simply a way for your secret santa and/or friends to come up with something if they're stumped for ideas. Don't get too set on anything: you may find what you receive is better than what you hoped for!)

Mine (in no particular order)
- 100 acre pasture
- 1000 or 210 stall barn
- Any new licenses (ice9/13? chinchilla on a SPW? Axiom blends? I love them all :)) )
- Just about any GMTd foundation (current dream - a big draft cherry drop that's hom A+ with GP, any other shiny non-fantasy genes together, or a tall RH with any/a bunch of fantasy genes combined)
- Maybe gold papered RH mares? Trying to build up my RH bootstraps now that I've started that.

A couple things I'm not as big a fan of (but won't turn down, I love any gifts!)

My Secret Santa giftee breeds riding horses only, and I think I own 5 lol. I've hunted around here and there for what they like but I'm not having much luck. Figured I'd give a holler for help to the awesome people of this community to help me find some of these gems so I can do right by my SS.
Riding Horse size only, I'm looking for mares at this moment, evenly bred only and passed BA would be great!
Also, they own fantasy genes and I don't so maybe a middle man on that as well lol.

Inspiration by @Bourbon's fabulous wing drawing, wing art by me.

Since we don't actually have a tack pack yet, I figured make-your-own is the next best option - and these were too fun not to share! I use ibispaint X, a free, mobile art program, but these should work with any program that allows you to import and manipulate transparent images.

The link has an example, the lineart, shaded lineart, and full greyscale version, plus a placement guide. Lineart for the do-it-yourselfers (or hey, you can really do it yourself and go from scratch!), shading for the do-it-yourselfers that don't want to bother with their own shade, and the full greyscale version for easier DIY or simpler programs - just use a "recolor" option of some sort, or even just a semi-transparent layer to add the color!

Size set for large drafts, so you may need to shrink the wings a small amount for the shorter, smaller ponies. (Or you may not - go big or go home! :P )

Questions about secret Santa logistics

I am getting just slightly overwhelmed by the secret Santa prospect... I don’t want to let my person down!
If someone could help me out with a few queries regarding how this all works that would be great :)

- Is it possible to gift barns or GMTs using HBs instead of real money? Can you send just the IVs perhaps?

Being a basic upgrade account, I am unable to create embryos.
- Am I able to get these created by someone else and then forwarded to my SS?
- If I found a stud that seemed promising, would I get the owner to send a straw over to the owner of a mare for brood I thought would match well, then they create the embryo to send to my SS? Or do they breed the foal and then gift that to my recipient once we know whether it passes BA?
- Can I do this with closed genes I don’t own?

We are given a spending limit for whichever category we opted to enter
- Do you count the approximate market value of your gifts, or does it only count as what it cost you to buy/create?
(The reason I ask is if you were to create a rare foundation horse that would be worth a lot in a forum auction and gifted that, does it count as over 100k, or just the 2500hb create price?)
