What Should I Do? (DP Colts)

I finally got around to comparison testing my colts and just as I had feared, my two DP colts did not make the cut.

I'm most likely going to keep one of them just because I'm trying to kick off a DP line and also because my third DP boy who made the cut was from boosted lines. Although with that in consideration, I'm also not sure if I should keep either of these boys because I have a superior 2G DP colt already. If I were to cull them I would most likely just sell them instead of gelding them because I want these pretty boys to be of good use and not just hang around as geldings. I'm just curious to see what the people with established lines would do.

Ok. So I've tried the change the color of my Fluffy Fleece Pad to black on this horse.

Its still appears as white, even after refreshing. Ive tried it on another horse and the same thing happened. It stayed white. Is this a bug or can't I change the FFP color?

Ok, so I have encountered this twice now. First time I just thought it was a fluke. But whenever I go into a public buddy chatroom that I have not been added to as a member, and try to sell a horse, it seems to not come up for sale on its page. Nor can I see any horses that were put up for me, if I'm not a member. Selling seems to be activated by the chatroom owner.

Don't know if this is a bug or a safety net though....

I want to use Bittersweet as a stud but has such a low PT and he has no frame as well and no WF

I love Freaky and he has a great PT score and I love his color but he has frame and I'd really like to use him as a stud but I know a lot of mares have frame and that can be leathel and he has a light WF

What would you do? What should I do?

Assessing GSH and Red Dun Colouring

Ok, so first things first. I got an exceptional show horse HH from the forum, and created three lovely girls. I expected all to get snipped due to their showing ability being above 100% (This is what the HH said). Two did, one who papered yellow, the other failed in papering. However I got this lovely red dun girl who passed.

How do you guys suggest assessing her breeding ability? I don't want to put her into pasture due to her high pt, but I do want a few seasons to at least assess her breeding ability. I have a few months to wait though, as I created them as two year olds.

The other question I have is.....why is there such a variance in red duns?! xD I compared her to several other red duns and the only one that I found that looked like her had one copy of sty, and another horse, same obvious genetics, that was much lighter! >.< So, do you guys think she has dp, or is it just the variance of the red duns?

I'm trying to decide which mare will go to which stallion next season so I've been busy trying to organise my horses (I know it is super early yet), so this is the crosses I have decided on, am I putting the right mares to the right stallions? Should I swap some of the mares around? If they were yours who would you change? Thank you for your input.

I have been whittling away at my herd to raise money. Looking at my show horses I auctioned off a few of the low pointers, I was surprised to see how badly this guy was performing compared with others.

So, I'm making my second KP mare. She's linked below. I've already put Tobiano on her. I can't afford Kit M, so put any notions of that out of your head!

She's homozygous DP. She carries S+ and sooty. I may take off her Splash.

What would you give her for her second Kit pattern?

My stallions are Kit M/Tobiano and Sabino 1/Tobiano, so I would obviously like to avoid anything that will be often lethal with those.

I know Sable Champagne has something to do with Brown. I thought I had it figured out (Ata) but results are confusing. I got Amber from AtAt. I got Sable from AtAt. I got Amber and Sable from Ata. Do any of the Champagne experts know what determines whether the foal will be Amber or Sable when it carries Brown?

Breeding Price

I think this is a bug. When I look in the horse search it says that these 2 stallions are for stud at 300 hbs but when you click on their page it says they are for stud for 500 hbs. It is ment to be at 500 hbs but I don't know why it says that they are only 300 hbs in the search. I have also noticed that some times if you look in the search for horses in the auction it will say that some horses are in the auction but when you click on their page you can see that they are clearly not up for auction and yes I did check the private auction and they were not in the public or private auction. I'm just a little confused that this mares Stripy coat got a white out from varnish when she's only 4 I have tons of appy that still had their stripes and colors until they were 13 years old I re rolled her coat a ton of times and no brindle stripes :(

Dumb Newbie question I know, but what do the Herd Helper ranks mean? e.g. For the first couple of days I got rank 1's and today I got a rank three.
