I jut got a 10.6 gelding out of my A papered Stallion and my herd helper. I plan to keep him. Since he tested the way he did, should I test the mare also. I cannot paper yet.

Just got a basic upgrade and so have my own breed name now. If I breed two National horses, or two horses of the same other breed, will the foal still carry my breed name? Thanks

Closed genes being sold altered?

I have heard both that closed genes means only the people that purchased them can own them (intact or not), and also that you can alter the horse and sell them since they won't be able to reproduce. Can you help me out?

Like at one point I even asked if I could have the gene between my own accounts, but was told no, only the account purchased on can have the gene. (I am not Positive, but I'm pretty sure I think this was right after when ice 1,5,8 were taken off/banned from public breeding and I was asking about 2 and 4?)

What are all the levels in order?

And can someone explain to me grade. Right under level there is grade, like national or world. Do those go in a special order too? If so can you list them?

I never paid much attention to them before, but now I want to know so I can understand.

I did some GMT work on my Freaky Friday stud, now he looks like a regular het DP liver to me. I think it happened when I changed the F to f. That couldn't actually happen though, could it? Is it just the way he looks now? Here he is, and my other FF mare to contrast.

Do horses ever go down a level in showing?

This stallion was in 7L, then went up to level 7R, did poorly, then he went back down to 7L.. what gives? I haven't had another horse do this, that I've noticed, does this happen usually? Can a horse go down a level in showing?
It says he is still leveled off in Regional.. but is showing in local? I'm confused..

I put this mare in the pasture and bred "all pastures". It says that bothe her and the stud have a offspring and are "bred this year" but I cant find the foal and when I look at "Family" of the mare or stud I cant see any offsprings.. Why??

I search horses for ones that are in auction, and when I find one I want to bid on I click on it. It says I am not the highest bidder. I can see the drop down box to place a higher bid, but I can’t see the “Place Bid” button... anyone know why?

Stealthy mare in pasture/ barn space

Hey guys!
I have 4 pastures currently and have bred them all. I have double and triple checked that my stallions didn't have 50 foals and have added a second stallion incase and I still have 1 breedable mare in pasture!

Secondly anytime I create a horse it says "sorry your barns are too full' then I go to sort through my primary barn and it says "101 out of 110" which means I have 9 spaces. Also if I go to move on it says 101/100. Help please? its pretty frustrating need 99 in my primary 110 barn to create a horse.

Please note, its probably something silly, but its baffling my tired brain (feeling sick).

Hello everyone! I haven't played this game in years, and created a new profile the other day (FluwelenFarms). I wittled away all my money on that account, and got a bit stuck. I applied for the extra barn and $25K for new users and haven't gotten it yet. Anyway I started browsing the forum (you know, since I didn't have money to do anything else!) and got some good tips and advice from older postings. I decided that since you can have three accounts, I might as well make another and try to start over with more of a plan in place- and here I am! I created 4 cob mares and bred them to A or B papered studs, and have close to $6k left after breeding and testing fees.

I ended up with a filly who PT'd at 10 consistent, another at 10.20 consistent, then two colts, one who tested 10 consistent as well and the other 8 inconsistent (who I gelded)...

My questions now are

-Should I sell the PT 8 gelding? Or keep it for showing?
-Should I also geld the PT 10 colt, sell it intact, keep it for my own breeding..??
-Both fillies are better than their mothers, should I spay them for show or keep them as replacement brood stock and spay the dams for show?

I just want to get some guidance so that I head in the right direction with my breeding... Thanks in advance!!

This will be my first Secret Santa year. We are all buying up horses for our Secret Santa but yet we do not know who we will get. What if you happen to be given someone that you bought a horse from. Do you give their horse back as a SS gift? Do you ask if they would like the horse back? Maybe they sold the horse cuz it didnt fit their lines. So What would you do?
