He tested the best out of all my studs (via comparison testing). I bred the majority of my mares (30+) to him and only came up with two semi-worthwhile foals, and two more that passed BA but have poor performance tests. All the rest failed BA....some of the mares even had 30+ days in pasture. As a test I created a few new ones tonight and their foals failed as well.

Is there anything I can do at this point to get the horse to the correct person? I read in the TOS and Rules that Public Sales can be purchased by anyone, but this was a buddy chat exchange and it was clearly listed for another player.

I noticed that a lot of this guy's foals are relatively dark, so I thought that maybe he carried DP. One of his grandparents does have DP so there is a chance he does. I tried to breed him to one of the mares for my DP line, double sooty with no DP but both foals were dark were black based so I couldn't tell for sure (Which I just realized it was stupid of me to try try as he is EE), and I'd like to save the rest of my foundations to send to my freaky friday studs.
