Too many colts! - GMT or Auction?

Ugh, the colt fairy has hit me hard this year but the colts I've gotten have been stellar for my breeding program! What should I do with my surplus? I could GMT them into fillies? Or should I auction them on the forum and give another player access to the genetics? What would you do if you were in my shoes?

Does anyone have any pointers on how to achieve 10k points without breaking the bank? I don't really want to sell my breeding stock and I can't afford to do alot of horse creates since most of my money has gone to tattoos/removels and straws.

Her father is Ice 8 her mother is black. When I looked back at him I noticed that hes has some nexus in his background. If she had not been snipped would I have been able to keep her intact? Just asking for future breedings.

Question About This Foals Colour

I managed to get this lovely little colt out of one of my favourite stallions this year but I’m just a bit confused about the colour and was wondering if someone might be able to explain it to me. He is colour tested as a Silver Smokey Blue Roan which I was very surprised about as he does not look like any blue roan ive had before haha. What is the reason for his coat colour appearing so light? I thought it was the cream gene but I searched other blue roans with cream and didn’t really find anything like him. Is it the silver and the cream together that’s making him so light? I really like the colour and i’d like to breed for more of this shade. His sire is a Red Dun Roan Solash Rabicano and his dam is a Silver Buckskin Splash. It surprised me to get a blue roan from them at all. This is the foal:

She has both Ice and Nexus so cannot be registered into anything but the fantasy breeding club, and I'm really bad at spotting KP when the horse has both Nexus and Ice.

I have a negative amount of HBs but I figured I’d reroll my free Daily Herd Helpers to see what I get but it said this;

“It costs 1 hbs for a new Daily Herd Helper, you do not have enough money.”

Is it supposed to charge you 1 HB for a reroll?

What is the better decision?

I'm a little tight on space and trying to figure out how to best decide which horses go to auction. Here's what I've been thinking:

Lose my lower PT blue mares who aren't producing as well as my newly bred ones. I can auction them, however then I risk losing all the points they have amassed. Even though they don't have as many as a good show horse would, they have enough that it could hurt my wallet. I could spay them and keep them, but that doesn't solve my space problem.

The other choice would be to be more strict when I keep show foals. I have only been keeping ones that score high PTs, are consistent, and are pretty, but I still have so many. Should I raise my PT cap to 12 and cull everything under? (Since they are only foals and have not gained any points yet)

Or should I be more strict on my mares in my bootstrap line? I put all colts through BA, but I keep all gold and blue mares. Should there be something else I am looking for in good mares, since I can't risk running them through BA?

I would appreciate any advice! Thank you :-)

Alright, so I'm pretty new here (joined in April, but haven't been too active as I've been busy with school/work/traveling). I've picked up on the fact that you want show horses to make your money. What the best way to obtain these horses? It seems to be the best route is to breed them yourself, so how do you start from there? Is it better to buy some good breeders, or is it possible to pick some pretty foundations and turn them into a show line? What should I be looking for in pairings and foals? Thanks for your help, I know this is a kinda big question.

Having trouble getting good third gens

I love my second gen stallion. He was a gift, he is currently my benchmark, and he works well in both of my lines. However, I'm having a hard time getting blue-papered third gens out of him. He did produce one A-papered colt out of an expro foundie mare, but his other foals have failed BA or passed and papered red. The ones that fail mostly paper red as well. Is this mare lag already at 2nd gen? What should I be doing differently to get high red/blue third gen fillies?

Hey, so I asked about a week ago about getting fantasy gene licenses from my free account transfered to this account when I merged them. Someone suggested pm'ing Ammit, which I did, but no reply as of yet.

Any other suggestions to get this transfer through? (I don't want to at her, since I know it pings her phone). I would really like to breed my pasture soon, though.

Out of 24 foals this season I was left with only 4 intact. Is that pretty normal or am I doing something wrong?! That seems to be pretty average over my last 3 seasons. Just want to make sure I’m not doing something that can be avoided becuase I lost a lot of gorgeous babies this year :/

I thought 9.7 would be in the yellow paper range and maybe low red but definitely not blue.

Color Name Liver - Question

So, I have a liver snowflake stallion that produced these two colts - both of whom, before I gene tested, I'd assume come back chestnut. However, they both came back as Liver Chestnut - which surprised me. Both have a potential for two copies of DP along with the single Sty each show. However, they just don't look liver to me.

Am I misjudging their coat color - does two DP/1 Sty liver look different than a 1 DP/ 2 sty? Or, does 'liver' indicate presence of any DP gene?
